Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing our marketing, sales, and key account strategies for the ANZ business.
Your primary objective will be to achieve top-line targets and market-share objectives by meeting, driving, and developing strategies to expand our customer base and exceed annual sales targets.
You will work closely with an extended team of highly skilled sales professionals (24 members) to drive financial responsibility, including budgeting, costs, and sales across ANZ.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Five plus years of sales management experience from within the healthcare sector, preferably with digital health experience
* 10 years of professional experience and five years of Enterprise software sales experience
* A proven track record of sales executive experience with complex software and services, meeting or exceeding targets
* Excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
* Able to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors
* Demonstrable track record of developing and executing business plans, goal setting, and team building, performance management

Sales Director Job Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
* Execute marketing, sales, and key account strategies for the ANZ business
* Meet, drive, and develop strategies to achieve and exceed annual sales targets
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and partner relationships
* Ensure compliance with all company policies – code of conduct, deal approval, entertainment as examples
* Participate in industry forums and trade shows
* Lead commercial, commercial operations, and marketing activities and align with pre-sales
* Maintain competency in the Dedalus portfolio and have good understanding of our key competitors and how we can compete
