About the role:
As a
Senior Systems Administrato
r, you will be charged with the primary responsibility for maintaining and supporting the integrity of the clients system networks by providing technical support and configuration management. The ideal Senior Systems Administrator on the team is a customer-service-driven, professional person who can manage day-to-day operations and provide tech support to system end-users.
You'll collaborate with senior engineering and leadership teams to deliver resilient, high-availability solutions while adhering to strict cybersecurity and compliance standards. About you:
* Maintain and support the integrity of our system networks by providing technical support and configuration management.
* Perform daily maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting applications, networking problems, and systems issues on both cloud-hosted and on-premises platforms to ensure our enterprise software is functioning smoothly.
* Provide responsive, solutions-oriented support to system users, helping them resolve technical issues and ensuring they have reliable access to tools and systems.
* Partner closely with clients core teams to troubleshoot, share knowledge, and ensure smooth integration and collaboration across the organization.
* Perform software and computer installations and upgrades, routine automation, cybersecurity risk mitigation, and technical support
* Proactively identify issues and anticipate potential roadblocks.
