Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Communications Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the organisation's social media engagement strategy, creating engaging content, and promoting crime prevention initiatives.
You will work closely with the digital intelligence, Media and Public Affairs, and Crime Prevention teams to execute operational objectives. Additionally, you will educate internal staff on social media best practices and represent the organisation at meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities
* Develop and implement social media engagement strategies to achieve effective online engagement.
* Create engaging content for varying online audiences.
* Engage in online discussions across social media platforms to promote crime prevention initiatives.
* Work collaboratively with teams to execute operational objectives.
* Moderate high-priority social media content published across organisational platforms.
* Educate internal staff on social media best practices.
* Represent the organisation at meetings with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
* Formal qualifications or experience in communications, media, and/or marketing are desirable.
