Job Description:
We're seeking a sales and customer service professional to join our team in a casual capacity. This role involves selling and supporting Telstra products and services in a customer-centric environment.
As a sales and customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving results through efficient and effective communication.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, experience in customer service and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes are highly valued.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

* A strong interest in technology and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Experience in customer service (1 year preferred)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Benefits:
This is a casual role working approximately 20-35 hours per week, with potential for Saturday morning shifts. The pay rate is $25.00 - $32.00 per hour.
