COMMERCIAL PLASTERERS / METAL FRAMERS / SETTERS / LEADING HANDS WANTED
HSF Group Pty Ltd is a well-established commercial and residential building company operating across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We specialise in high-quality commercial construction, fit-outs, renovations and insurance repairs, delivering consistent, high-standard workmanship across all projects.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we are seeking experienced tradesmen including Commercial Plasterers, Metal Framers, Setters, Commercial Carpenters and Leading Hands to join our team.
About the Role
You will be working across a range of commercial and residential projects such as office fit-outs, retail spaces, schools and residential builds. We are looking for reliable tradesmen who take pride in their work and can deliver quality results on time.
Key Responsibilities
Metal framing and fixing for commercial and residential projects
Plastering and setting, including installing beads and trims
Finishing work to a high standard
Reading and interpreting construction plans
Working efficiently to meet deadlines and project requirements
Coordinating with site managers, trades and suppliers
Maintaining safety and quality standards on site

Requirements
* Proven experience in plastering, setting, framing and/or sheeting
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
* White Card and all required tools for the trade
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
