Role Overview
This is a full-time, permanent position that supports finance and operational activities across all Australian entities.
* Manage supplier accounts payable and purchase orders to ensure timely payment.
* Handle customer credit control, invoicing, statements, and debt collection to optimize cash flow.
* Oversee monthly inventory stocktake, usage, and reconciliations to maintain accurate records.
* Order and track major inventory supplies to prevent stockouts.
* Assist with monthly financial reporting, accounting, and bookkeeping tasks to provide stakeholders with valuable insights.
* Support office administration for operational teams to improve productivity.
* Manage bank account and credit card reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.
* Manage inter-entity cost distributions and account reconciliations to ensure transparency.
* Oversee fuel card and motor vehicle fleet management to reduce costs.
* Prepare monthly accruals and journal entries to ensure compliance.
* Maintain fixed asset registers to track depreciation.
* Assist with payroll queries and ATO/payroll-related services to resolve employee concerns.
* Maintain worker insurance policies to protect employees and the organization.
* Prepare GST and Fringe Benefit Tax returns to meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements
