Role Summary
The GTE Admissions Officer role at Acknowledge Education is a key position responsible for assessing and verifying student applications to ensure they meet the Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) criteria for studying in Australia. This includes evaluating academic qualifications, financial documents, and statements of purpose.
About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Melbourne, Victoria. As a GTE Admissions Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting students and stakeholders throughout their application process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assess Genuine Student Requirement (GSR) applications to ensure compliance with Acknowledge Education policies.
2. Verify the legitimacy and validity of IELTS/PTE scores provided by applicants.
3. Evaluate students' academic qualifications and educational background using CEP.
4. Assess and verify financial documents to ensure applicants have sufficient funds for tuition, living expenses, and other costs.
5. Evaluate Genuine Student Requirement statements of purpose to determine applicants' genuine intent to study in Australia.
6. Provide accurate and timely advice to students, stakeholders, and support College initiatives.
7. Respond to enquiries in person, by phone, and provide timely and accurate information.
