Conversational AI Specialist
We're driving a revolution in the telco industry, and you have a pivotal role to play. As part of our Customer Care team, you'll collaborate with experts to develop innovative solutions that guide customers toward digitally assisted channels.
You will design engaging conversational experiences for chat and voice bots across multiple platforms, leveraging business requirements and customer needs to deliver exceptional user experiences.
* Apply conversational UX best practices to enhance usability, clarity, and natural language interactions.
* Build, configure, and maintain chat and voice bots using low-code platforms such as DialogFlow, Genesys, or similar tools.
* Fine-tune NLU models through regular phrase tuning to improve intent recognition accuracy.
* Perform quality assurance testing to ensure optimal performance of conversational AI models and identify areas for improvement.
