This isn't a standard adviser role. It's an opportunity to help build, shape, and own something from the ground up.
We're an established, high-volume mortgage broking business in WA with a strong and consistent client pipeline. Due to growing demand from our clients, we're now looking to establish a financial planning arm — and we're seeking the right financial planner to do this with us.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an experienced Financial Planner or Authorised Representative who:
* Wants more than a salary and a book top-up
* Is excited by growth, collaboration, and long-term value creation
* Is open to partnership, JV, or equity participation
Rather than "joining a firm", you'll be helping create one, backed by an existing business that already services a large base of engaged clients.

* Playing a key role in shaping systems, processes, and client experience
