VR General Practitioner – Full-Time or Part-Time - Mackay, Queensland
Position Highlights: Negotiable Salary (based on experience & qualifications)
Initial guaranteed hourly rate of $190 for the first 3 months or 70-75% of billings (depending on experience) Mixed billing / private billing (depending on services and GP preference) Immediate patient demand from day one
Strong long-term patient database Significant aged care and nursing home work available (optional) Fully computerised practice

Practice Information: This practice is a friendly, well-established group general practice that has been serving the local community for over 30 years. They provide comprehensive, high-quality primary care to a diverse and loyal patient population.
The practice is currently expanding due to the retirement of several senior GPs and a reduction in hours by the principal GP, creating an excellent opportunity for a new doctor to establish a stable, long-term patient base. Position Description: The practice is seeking a Vocationally Registered
General Practitioner (VR GP) to join their established practice on a full-time or part-time basis, to work alongside an experienced nursing and administrative support team Essential Position Requirements:
VR GP (FRACGP / FACRRM or equivalent) AHPRA registration Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
