The Opportunity
Greenslopes Private Hospital is seeking a Quality & Risk Manager to lead our Quality Management System and foster a culture of safety across the hospital.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement and monitor strategies and systems to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centred services.
Promote a safety culture through communication, continuous improvement and engagement.
Ensure compliance with national policies, the National Safety and Quality Health Service and other regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical leaders across the hospital and the Ramsay Health Care network.
About You
You are a self-motivated professional with excellent communication and leadership skills, detail-oriented and experienced in strategic planning, workforce management and policy development.
You lead, empower and engage staff and act as a positive role model.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in nursing, or healthcare administration.
Minimum 5 years' experience in an acute hospital setting.
Experience facilitating activities to achieve hospital-wide accreditation.
Expert knowledge of clinical governance and risk management systems.
Capacity to collect, interpret and use clinical data to inform care and processes.
Experience in change management.
