**About the Role**:
**Your primary responsibility will**
**be based in Victoria and accountable for enhancing the relationship between the connectnow service and our valued Real Estate Partners in South Australia, by adding that layer of contact though phone-based account management.**

This role is accountable for driving partner engagement that leads to qualified referrals which convert into total sales for Connectnow and as such is a critical revenue driver of the business.
The role will focus on the life cycle or our key partners. From prospecting, on-boarding to engaging partners while they are partnered with connectnow.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Account management and retention of existing client (Real Estate partners) portfolio in South Australia predominately over the phone and face to face (when required)
- Manage a territory of customers in South Australia against set targets and KPI's for the business.
- Work closely with the other real estate sales leaders to enhance processes, engagement, and systems.
- Develop strategies to enhance the opportunity for growth and create loyalty within the partner network.
- Develop and deliver a scheduled campaign plan that can be optimized which engages internal and external customers with an emphasis on value and growth.
- Identifying and develop solutions to address underperforming referring partners.
- Conduct training where required in real estate offices and users.
- Attending industry-based events in South Australia and represent the connect now brand at networking functions - travel, accommodation and meals will all be covered
**About You**:
**You will be a people-person who enjoys a motivated team environment. You will thrive as a self-motivator and a sales expert that has a proven track record with driving partner engagement. Along with this, you'll have skills and experience in the following**:
- Strong customer service/sales skills, in a contact centre environment
- The ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.
- Skilled in objection/complaint handling - Retention
- Previous account management experience (preferred)
- Strong computer skills & the ability to work across a range of computer systems
- Experience working towards targets/KPI's
- A team player - wants to be part of a high performing team but understands that individual performance is critical
- Proactive approach in engaging stakeholders and influencing relationships
- Hunger to want to grow and develop - opportunity to progress and build on your skillset are endless for the right people
- Knowledge of real estate/property (preferred)
