This role is responsible for providing efficient, accurate and confidential coordination of payroll, administrstion, and purchasing activities that support site's operational and business objectives.
This includes:
* Process weekly waged payroll for Athol Park and SA/NT depots, including contractor hours
* Maintain accurate employee and payroll records including leave and wage adjustments.
* Coordinate payroll onboarding for new starters
* Arrange pre-employment medicals as required.
* Provide guidance to managers on payroll, entitlements, and leave procedures
* Generate regular and ad hoc labour, leave, and absenteeism reports for site
* Coordinate site purchasing and procurement activities in accordance with policy and pre-approval guidelines.
* Manage purchase orders, goods receipting, and invoice processing to ensure timely and accurate transactions.

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have;
* Relevant business course or administration would be preferred
* Strong experience in a payroll/administration position, manufacturing preferred
* Strong offie/systems administrstion skills

* Ability to take initiative and be proactive
* Self-motivated
