We're seeking a detail-oriented
Estimator
to join a leading WA-based landscaping and civil construction company. You'll be part of a passionate team delivering award-winning residential and commercial projects across Perth and the South West.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, shape estimating processes, and enjoy flexible working arrangements.
What You'll Be Doing
* Prepare accurate estimates and tender submissions for commercial landscaping projects.
* Ensure tenders meet margin targets and align with project setup requirements.
* Support post-award variation estimating and commercial controls.
* Collaborate with project teams to manage budgets, scopes, and resources.
* Assist with forecasting, reporting, and cost tracking.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating systems and processes.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in estimating within construction or landscaping.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
* White Card and valid driver's licence.
* Strong Excel and reporting skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* A proactive mindset and attention to detail.
