The Successful Applicant A successful HR Administrator should have:A background in administration, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.Strong interest in HR or working towards a diploma in HR.Experience in recruitment or HR administration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.A commitment to supporting community-focused initiative.Experience with HumanforceAboriginals or Torres Strait Islanders are highly encouraged to apply.
