**About the role**:
Role accountabilities include:
- Research and prepare discussion papers and briefing documents, providing strategic advice to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop policies and guidelines through research and data analysis.
- Manage and deliver built environment projects, coordinating staff.
- Collaborate with the community, consultants, contractors, and agencies.
- Undertake contract, budgetary, project timeline planning and risk management tasks.

**About you**:
You will have a degree relevant to urban design, architecture, urban planning or a related discipline with proven experience in managing projects and demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations. Your strong research, policy development, and critical analysis skills make you adept at complex problem-solving and effective writing skills for various strategic documents and reports.
