Position overview
The Space Weather IT Operations team within the Application Operational Services section is accountable for providing 24x7 critical ongoing support and preventative maintenance for applications supporting Space Weather products and services. We aim to deliver an exceptional customer experience for our colleagues and customers by providing specialised expertise and support.
Excellent technical analysis, problem solving, communication and teamwork skills are required, as well as flexibility and a willingness to learn new technologies. The occupant will be involved with interactions with application and system vendors as well as other technical teams and forecasting experts across the Bureau.
