Microsoft Pre-Sales Specialist- Microsoft Cloud.

About the role:

The position of Microsoft Pre-Sales Specialist at Synnex Australia within the Microsoft Cloud Solution Program is dedicated to supporting reseller partners by addressing presales inquiries specific to Microsoft Cloud, with a particular focus on the CSP program. The specialist is responsible for providing quotation and sales support, interpreting CSP program policies, assisting Partner Center operations, and navigating Microsoft Partner program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Respond to presales inquiries from customers and partners regarding Microsoft Cloud offerings.
* Provide accurate and timely pricing quotations aligned with CSP New Commerce policies.
* Support CSP program-related queries, including licensing, billing, and program benefits.
* Understand and evaluate channel partner needs and provide tailored product or service recommendations to drive optimal mutual business outcomes.
* Assist partners with Partner Center operations, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and navigation.
* Guide partners on Microsoft partner programs such as MAICPP and how to leverage them.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft CSP policies, program changes, and operational procedures.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth presales support and partner satisfaction.
* Document and escalate complex queries to appropriate internal or Microsoft teams.
* Track and report presales engagement metrics to business management.

Skills and Experience:

* Strong understanding of Microsoft CSP program, including New Commerce Experience.
* Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in presales or partner support.
* Familiarity with Partner Center operations and workflows.
* Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with partners and customers in both written and oral form.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple queries and prioritize effectively.

Desirable Requirements

* Knowledge of Microsoft partner programs such as MAICPP.
* Experience in supporting channel partners in a distribution or vendor environment.
* Understanding of IT channel dynamics and partner ecosystems.
* Exposure to public cloud platforms and SaaS/IaaS offerings.
* Participation in technology communities or forums.
