Responsibilities:
* Independently leads mid-size to large client delivery accounts
* Follows defined processes to ensure successful implementation, engaging with internal resources to ensure a smooth, cost effective and high-quality client experience.
* Takes ownership of client issues and ensures effective resolution.
* Effectively escalates delivery or other issues when appropriate.
* Establishes clear governance and communication channels with the client and Unisys delivery organizations to ensure alignment and mutual understanding of implementation processes and goals.
* Manages contract scope, conducting periodic (i.e., monthly) operational reviews with service delivery organizations and client.
* Participates in rigorous governance and SOX compliance audits.
* In partnership with the Client Executive, proactively communicates industry and company insights and opportunities to clients, looking for ways to enhance the company's position and upsell aligned products and services.
* Monitors client / account financial health and recommends steps to remedy financial misses or anomalies.
* Develops and administers budgets, schedules and supports the Service Delivery organization to optimize the cost of delivery and service.
