Overview

We have two exciting opportunities for experienced Change Managers to join the e-PMO team for the Safety and Risk Modernisation and CRM projects.

Swinburne University of Technology is undergoing a transformation guided by its Horizon 2025 strategic plan, and the Enterprise Project Management Office is expanding to manage and lead change across the university.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management plans, including communications, sponsor roadmap, coaching, training, and resistance management.
• Develop comprehensive communication and engagement plans.
• Assess and strategise the scope and impact of changes, and execute training needs analysis and relevant training materials.
• Build change networks and establish robust relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders and project teams, managing resistance and ensuring user readiness.
• Integrate change activities into the project plan, track adoption and effectiveness, report issues, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
• Support senior leaders and consult with the project team to drive business change aligned with organisational strategy.

Qualifications

A postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline plus relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
