Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in North Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and enhancing customer satisfaction among small business clients across all technology platforms.
This role will have a portfolio of customers to help grow, encompassing both sales and service responsibilities, ensuring a holistic approach to customer relationship management.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability in an ICT or Telco Sales roles, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership for managing relevant customer relationships to support ongoing development, drive customer satisfaction and achieve revenue and sales objectives for the defined portfolio.
* Contribute to implementing the segment and portfolio strategy (including outbound campaigns) to support the retention and growth of customer portfolios.
* Take accountability for managing inbound/outbound customer sales and service contracts, exploring sales opportunities, responding to queries, and escalating complaints and leads to more experienced team members as required, to ensure timely remediation and positive customer experiences.

Requirements
* Demonstrated ability in an ICT or Telco Sales roles.
* Understand Telstra SMB customer.
* Proven experience in warm calling and engaging with potential candidates or clients.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
* Sound knowledge of how channels work and strong understanding of the market.
