Duties
* Deliver building certification and regulations consultancy
* Ensure compliance with BCA and relevant legislation
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and NSW project teams
* Provide technical guidance and prepare reports
* Manage projects independently while meeting deadlines
Skills & Experience
* QLD Building Surveyor Licence (Level 1 or 2)
* Strong knowledge of the Building Code of Australia & legislation
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and from home
* QLD driver's licence; flexibility to liaise with NSW team
