About the Role
* Provide specialist clinical leadership across inpatient, community and consultative palliative care services.
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to quality safety and holistic patient support.
* Offer education supervision and mentorship to junior doctors and medical staff.
* Support service development innovation and continuous improvement aligned with SMHS strategic goals.
* Contribute to performance accreditation and clinical governance standards across the service.

Essential Requirements
* Fellowship of an appropriate medical college (e.g. FRACP Palliative Medicine FAChPM or equivalent).
