About the Role
Team Global Express (TGE) are seeking the support of a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager. We are looking to bring on a driven individuals to work collaboratively with our Local Customer Partners to identify new business opportunities supporting them and their customers. You will be required to drive sustainable revenue and profitable growth within a team of partners establishing relationships and leading the Team Global Express brand with SME businesses across Australia. The role has two main focuses, split between leading business development and account management functions for your team of partners. These individuals will play a part in building an exciting new channel for TGE in their state and across the country.
The Regional Sales Manager will be a hybrid model both in the office and on the road with partners. Reporting to the Head of Regional & Small Business Operations (interim reporting line).
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with all partners/customers in the allocated area
- Assist in building sustainability through revenue growth and profitability management initiatives
- Meet and exceed the target in revenue, contact rates, new business target & conversion to trade
- Identify, qualify & sell small to large business opportunities.
- Help build a robust pipeline of opportunities for the assigned territory
- Coach partners how to drive sales in their area
- Represent the client's needs to internal stakeholders, influencing services offerings.
- Establish customer-centric approach around issues and negotiation of sales agreements
- Represent Enterprise solutions to the client, by identify/driving sustainable and profitable revenue.
- Maximise opportunities within the assigned cohort of customers worked on for Team Global Express.
- Enhance the Team Global Express brand reputation within the cohort of customers targeted.

About You
Are you a proactive Sales professional that is looking for a new challenge? Qualifications & Experience:Prior logistics experience is not required but could be advantageous
- Exemplary communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organisation.
- Professional phone & in person manner
- Comfortable to upsell & cross sell to clients
- Able to conduct professional and commercial conversations with B2B & B2C clients
- Confident in working to KPI's/ Targets
- Experience and passion for customer/client services
- Strong business development and sales experience
