Key Responsibilities:
* Assist experienced technicians in the repair and replacement of windshields and other auto glass components.
* Learn and develop skills in the use of specialized equipment and tools.
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous experience in the automotive industry or related field an asset.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions.
