Provide technical advice on regulatory requirements, assess and inspect plumbing and drainage works, trade waste installations and swimming pools for compliance with relevant legislation, codes and standards, ensuring that public health, safety and environmental values are maintained.

About the position:

You will be responsible for assessing plumbing, drainage, trade waste and pool safety applications, this role ensures compliance with legislation to protect public health and the environment. The position conducts inspections, manages compliance actions, maintains statutory records and provides expert advice to contractors and customers. It also supports policy development, reporting and continuous improvement while contributing to workplace health and safety and broader Environmental Health and Development teams.
