About The Role
An exciting role exists for a passionate and empowering Disability Support Worker to join our growing Dubbo team. You will provide support for people with a disability to live independently and maintain their best possible social wellbeing. You will support customers to achieve their personal goals in community settings.

Transporting customers to & from services & activities
Maintain & establish links to community
Promoting independent decision making
Work within the principles of person-centred practice
About You
As a people person, you pride yourself on exceptional customer service whilst ensuring customers achieve their goals and aspirations. You may be eligible to undertake this role as a Traineeship and get paid while you earn a nationally recognised qualification.
Essential Criteria
Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain)
Working with children's check (essential or willing to obtain)
NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
Vaccination against infectious diseases is strongly encouraged.
