**About the role
- 6 Months Fixed term**:
The role will manage Training development, planning & execution for the OCADO Program of work, resources relating to training planning and execution, against plan and the Training Blueprint, meet project, schedule, and budget objectives of the OCADO project, as well as Create and implement Training Needs Analysis, Training Solution design, and the development of training programmes
You'll also:
- Operate within a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side of change ensuring training approach is Business Endorsed and Business Owned
- Build capabilities among managers and equip them with appropriate tools to identify stakeholders and manage training
- Be an active and visible coach to executives and initiative leaders in delivering training messages
- Develop, manage and implement training in alignment with the Training Strategy for the Project
- Identify resistance and capability gaps and work to develop and implement corrective actions
- Support the execution of plans and ensure line accountability for embedding training
- Develop, manage and implement training strategy for the project
**About you and your skills**:
- Must have experience with organisational change programmes
- Must have experience in designing training strategy for large scale system implementation
- A solid understanding of delivering training solutions for different areas of the business e.g. Brands, Store Operations, Logistics etc.
- Must have experience and knowledge of training principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with training approaches, tools and delivery within project lifecycle
- Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Must have proven ability to work effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated problem solving and issue identification skills
- Must have experience and knowledge of training principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with training approaches, tools and delivery within project lifecycle
- Must have proven ability to work effectively at all levels of the organisation
