Assistant Manager Sommelier Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Sommelier to join our team at Infinity at Sydney Tower.
Key Responsibilities:
* To oversee daily operations, including managing wine lists and inventory control.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior hospitality role with proven leadership skills.
About This Role:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities along with effective time management would also be advantageous.
Purchasing ability is not included because that's the general manager job .
In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other departments within your hotel/hospitality business while ensuring all facilities & equipment are well-maintained so as not allow them from obstructing operational efficiency periodically over maximum duration - thereby maintaining sustainability long term without encountering any setbacks.
