About the Role
This is a hands-on, field-connected marketing role focused on driving leads and revenue at a local level.
Based in Victoria, you'll work closely with Regional Sales Managers, Branch Managers and technicians to execute targeted campaigns, identify growth opportunities and respond quickly to local market demand.
Rather than sitting centrally, this role is embedded within the regions — helping branches act on opportunities such as seasonal demand, high-growth areas and local market trends.
From launching campaigns in key locations to supporting teams on the ground, this role is all about making marketing practical, responsive and commercially effective.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to drive enquiries and bookings
* Coordinate direct marketing activity including letterbox drops, mailers and local promotions
* Identify growth opportunities using local insight, branch feedback and performance data
* Partner closely with branch teams to align marketing with local priorities and capacity
* Track campaign performance, lead quality and ROI, providing clear insights
* Coordinate with external vendors across print, media and local advertising
* Support community engagement initiatives including sponsorships and partnerships
* Adapt national campaigns for local markets while maintaining brand consistency
About You
You're a hands-on marketer who enjoys being close to the action and seeing campaigns deliver real results.
You're proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working directly with stakeholders to get things done.
You will bring:
* 2–4 years' experience in marketing coordination, local area marketing or similar
* Experience executing campaigns across direct mail, local digital or community channels
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
* A proactive, "get stuck in" approach
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different locations
* Focus on outcomes, performance and ROI
