What you'll be doing:
* Preparing estimates and tender submissions for commercial HVAC projects - both new build and fit-out
* Working closely with builders, project managers, and internal teams to produce accurate costings
* Assessing drawings, specs, and site requirements
* Supporting the business as they expand into larger project values
What we're looking for:
* Experience estimating commercial HVAC projects
* Mechanical engineering degree or trade background
* Strong understanding of mechanical services, fit-outs, and new-builds
* Ability to work autonomously, especially given the WFH flexibility
* Someone who enjoys being part of a forward-thinking, high-growth business
* Someone really well connected in the market
