Position Overview
As a Civil Construction Worker, you'll assist in the delivery of both planned and reactive maintenance works across civil assets. Reporting to a Team Leader or Leading Hand, you'll carry out a range of physical tasks that help ensure our infrastructure remains safe, clean, and operational.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing maintenance and repair work on roads and stormwater systems.
Operating tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
Assisting with traffic control and maintaining site safety.
Keeping tools, equipment, and work areas clean and well-maintained.
Providing courteous service to residents and road users.
Candidate Profile
We're seeking reliable and motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team.
Valid Class C Driver's Licence and WHS Induction Card (Whitecard).
Experience in civil construction, maintenance, or similar fields.
Skills in concrete finishing and asphalt laying.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
