In this role, you’ll work closely with our Venue Managers to help oversee daily operations, delivering high standards across the board and facilitating memorable customer experiences. (minimum 1 year in the same or similar role)Passionate about customer experience and high standards of customer service.Exposure to, & understanding of, business strategies.Consistently seek learning and development opportunities.Driven to learn, grow and advance your career, and of those around you.Possess a current/valid RSA, RCG & ARCG, (or willingness to obtain) the confidence to act on these requirements coupled with a strong compliance mindset.The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, who take carriage of general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience.
