Role Purpose
Lead business development, solution design, and partner enablement for ELPRO's industrial wireless solutions. The role helps distributors, integrators specify, win, deploy, and support reliable industrial communication systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and grow ELPRO's distributor and integrator network through strong technical and business development expertise.
* With the input of our technical team, develop practical end-to-end wireless, SCADA, telemetry, and edge solutions for customer applications.
* Work with our global partner network to qualify opportunities, shape solutions, and improve their win rates.
* Lead customer discussions, technical workshops, and solution presentations with a clear focus on the value to customer.
* Assist with integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and lifecycle support where required.
* Help customers adopt ELPRO solutions confidently and successfully across target industries.
* Engage in significant global travel to build engagement in the existing partner network and new partnerships identified to improve sales outcomes.
Key Skills & Experience
* Experience supporting a global distribution network, including demand generation.
* Strong background in industrial automation, SCADA, telemetry, or industrial networking.
* Experience with wireless communications, PLCs, RTUs, industrial protocols, and edge computing architectures.
* Ability to translate technical capability into clear customer value.
* Strong customer engagement, communication, and partner support skills.
* Practical capability in solution design, integration support, and problem solving.
Qualifications
Degree in or hands on experience in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Telecommunications, or similar, with 5+ years' relevant industry experience.
