**Your new company**

One of Victoria's Educational Institutions is looking for an experienced Level 3 Support Analyst to join their organisation on a 6 to 12-month contract.

Located in South-East Victoria, this Institution offers opportunities to undertake quality and reliable pre-vocational training throughout their campuses, allowing students the chance to get hands-on, develop real skills and gain the experience they need to transform their future.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Log and update all incidents and service requests in the designated Helpdesk system.
- Manage assigned helpdesk tickets by systematically planning and prioritising to minimise backlog and ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain student labs to ensure appropriate provisioning of software and hardware.
- Ensure that computer equipment is fully operational in accordance with SOE requirements to meet operational needs.
- Provide support to ICT peers to ensure the ICT program of work is deployed e.g:

- Security risk areas identified by audits.
- Network upgrades.

**Experience required**:

- Ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships at all levels and collaborate across business areas and within the team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisation skills to achieve deadlines and the ability to adapt priorities when required.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- Take responsibility for outcomes
- Provides coaching and support to others in area of expertise
- Have a high level of diagnostic & problem-solving skills
- Ability to see 'bigger picture' implication of requests/options/actions
- Ability to research and analyse information
- Technical ICT knowledge and skills specifically including:

- Computer maintenance and servicing
- Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) & Service Manager (SCSM)
- Client-side network configuration and services (such as TCP/IP, DNS, Proxy, file sharing and print sharing)
- Network functionality of commercial photocopiers
- Remote Desktop Connection / Remote Assistance
- Group Policy (client & server side) on client machines
- Contemporary Operating Systems
- Microsoft Office suite of packages
- Production of end user documentation
- Manual handling is a requirement of the job, so you must be physically capable of lifting and moving equipment safely.
