Durban International College, based in Adelaide in the heart of the city. They are a Registered Training Organization (RTO) that delivers innovative vocational education solutions to international students. Currently they have a vacancy for a skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist to join their team.
Durban International College offers a range of programs that allow students to study at the Certificate III, Certificate IV, Diploma or Advanced Diploma level courses. DIC can help students to improve their English communication skills. New courses and programs are introduced regularly to fulfill students and industry needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Identifies, plans, develops, implements, and improvises the marketing strategies, promotions, advertisements and marketing material.
* Contributes to the College's website in terms of marketing awareness and landing pages for students and education agents as main marketing targets including local, national, and international student and education agents.
* Maintains the SEO friendly content including site crawls and keyword search.
* Tracks marketing activities and maintains social media advertisements for the College on Facebook, Instagram and Edu-connect and other social platforms including updates and latest news.
* Maintains and updates records of all marketing activities conducted by the College.
* Conducts marketing research to analyse and recommend new marketing opportunities to improve the College's development. Analyses monthly student enrolment, market reach, conversions and generating sales report to understand the business growth and improve marketing strategies.
* Coordinates, executes, develops and implements marketing plans, policies and client acquisition campaigns including online advertisements. Planning the budget and monitoring costs for marketing activities.
* Formulating the production of artwork, branding designs, copywriting and promotional activities including banners and social media marketing activities within the allocated budget and timeframe.
* Monitors google search and research the consumer behaviours, preferences and patterns and make necessary recommendations to the management. Undertakes commissioning procedure policies and brand guidelines with education agents that assist in student recruitment and monitors competitor's developments, promotions and course fee structures.
* Makes recommendations on the course pricing strategies to ensure reaching targeted sales through the distribution channels. Assists in business development and growth by fostering positive relationships with onshore and offshore education agents for student recruitment.
* Develops and maintains the industrial and professional connections that are highly relevant to the College. Works within the ESOS Act regulation and National code of practice in relation to market the Australia International Education Industry, RTOs and courses in International and local market.
* Complies with all the standard National Code relevant to marketing division before undertaking promotional campaigns and advertising practices is required under ESOS Act Regulation.
Eligibility Criteria
* A Bachelor Degree or higher qualification.
* Or at least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
* 3 years of relevant experience in similar industry.
* You must be Australian Citizen / Permanent resident or have proper working rights in Australia.
Salary : $76,000 - $80,000 PA plus super
