About The Role
Our Duty Managers provide hands-on support with the running of shifts. With the help of store management you'll be responsible for:
* Supervising and coaching a large team to deliver the 'sweetest' experience and products
* Supporting with store operations and standards
* Maintaining cafe presentation to wow our customers
* Casual opportunity to work across a flexible 7-day roster
About You…
The San Churro Familia is passionate about creating memorable experiences for our customers and we take on this mission with passion, pride, and a sense of adventure. Along with sharing these values, you'll also need:
* Experience in hospitality
* Supervisory experience is ideal, but if you're ready to step up we want to hear from you
* Barista Experience will be a bonus
* Must love working with people- team members and customers
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work during peak trading days and hours, including evenings and weekends
