Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to provide exceptional service to our guests.
As the welcoming face of our park, you will be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality customer service
* Processing guest check-ins and outs
* Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
* Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
* Supplying guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
* Completing day-to-day office administration tasks
* Maintaining excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
* A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
* Current driver's license
