About the role
We're seeking motivated, reliable Construction Labourers to support day-to-day site operations across multiple projects. You'll work closely with Site Managers, trades and subcontractors to keep sites running safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
* General labouring and site set-up/pack-up
* Assisting the Site Manager and trades
* Site cleanliness, waste management and dust mitigation
* Materials handling, deliveries and basic inventory checks
* Traffic management
* Material/personnel hoist operation
* Following SWMS, WHS requirements and company policies at all times
Requirements
* White Card (essential)
* Proficient with hand and power tools
* Strong work ethic, reliability and teamwork
* Desirable licences: Traffic Management, Telehandler, Hoist, Carpentry
* Previous construction/civil experience (preferred)
