Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Communications Superintendent to join our Forrestfield based Team.
**THE ROLE**
As a Communications Superintendent at Linkforce, you will play a key role in our Communications division, which specialises in the construction, installation, and maintenance of wireless and fixed network telecommunication structures. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a highly qualified team in delivering projects to the highest standards
- Planning, scheduling, and overseeing the construction and installation of Greenfield Structures ranging from 20m - 100m
- Managing wireless telecommunication equipment installation and commissioning, including 3G, 4G, 5G, LTE technologies
- Overseeing the installation of Microwave radio links, with extensive experience in upgrading critical networks
- Ensuring engineered foundation and tower strengthening as required
- Maintaining constant communication with our clients and service partners, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction
**ABOUT YOU**
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the wireless network and fixed network telecommunications industry
- Proficiency in technical, civil, rigging, electrical, and project management functions
- Commitment to delivering sustainable quality that complies with both Australian standards and the specific standards set by our clients and carriers.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A strong commitment to health and safety
- A current Australian Drivers Licence
- A National Police Check
