Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6:30am – 6:30pm. Pay: $ph – $ph. Find your fit with Goodstart. Choose your hours and location. As a Casual Educator you will be a versatile, team‐oriented skilled educator, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.
Responsibilities
* Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
* Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
* Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
* Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
* Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
* Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
* ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
* Current Victoria Working with Children Check.
* Willing and able to travel between other local services.
* Flexible availability between Monday‐Friday, 6:30am – 6:30pm.
