About the role

Due to continued growth within our business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Officer to join our Team at Bold Construction Group. This is an office based role, located at our Head Office in Warana, on the Sunshine Coast. In this full-time role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the business, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This position reports to our Office Manager, who will provide you with the training required to ensure you are able to liaise professionally with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

* Handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including phone enquiries, communications distribution, contracts handling, estimate & report submission etc.

* Providing excellent customer service to our customers and clients, both in person and over the phone

* Supporting the management team with various projects and initiatives

* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the construction industry

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of customers, clients and trades

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks

* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work

* Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
