Knockdown Rebuild Production Draftsperson (AutoCAD)
An award winning and highly established volume home building company, due to continued growth into 2026, is looking to hire an experienced KDRB AutoCAD production draftsperson to join their growing drafting team. Housing construction projects consist of a vast range of designs across single and double storey homes.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
* Reporting to the Drafting Manager
* Produce accurate working drawings for volume housing projects
* Ensure all work is completed within set time frames
* Ensure conformance with necessary guidelines and Council requirements
* Maintain high levels of accuracy
* Work collaboratively with a supportive team environment
Role Requirements:
* MUST HAVE a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a drafter with a volume home building company.
* Intermediate to Advanced level drafting experience using AutoCAD
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
* Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
* Proven track record within the volume home building industry
* Strong team player
* Ability to meet deadlines
