Our Wide Bay team is expanding, and we're looking for a skilled Administration Assistant who is proactive, team-oriented, and ready to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
* General administration support
* Answering phones and managing email communication
* Scheduling jobs and supporting our field technicians
* Customer service (phone, email, and face-to-face)
* Assisting with quoting and invoicing
* Supporting key client accounts
* Reporting and business performance tracking
To be successful, you will have:
* A professional phone manner and friendly attitude
* Strong experience with MS Office and job management systems
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Strong problem-solving and time management skills
* A motivated and proactive mindset
Highly Regarded (but not essential):
* Experience in the fire safety or electrical industries
* Estimating and quoting experience
* Job scheduling experience
* Exposure to key customer account management
