* Work with blue chip clients
* WFH / Hybrid flexibility / Perth based
* Optional office: Level 23, 108 St Georges Terrace
* Full time or part time available
What you will be doing:
* Drafting wills, EPAs, EPGs, trust deeds & estate planning docs
* Advising on succession, asset protection & inter-generational wealth transfer
* Acting as a trusted adviser to private clients, families & referrers
* Delivering bespoke estate planning for complex, unique family situations
* Working alongside renowned tax & trusts lawyers to broaden your expertise
We welcome candidates who bring the following skills:
* 2+ years PAE in wills, estates, trusts or related areas
* Strong communication, attention to detail and technical advisory skills
* Ability to manage files autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
* Excellent drafting skills and commercial acumen
* A desire to achieve high quality results for our clients
