What's the Opportunity?
We’re hiring a commercially savvy Finance Business Partner to work closely with our Group Head of Finance and senior leaders across the business.
As the first commercial finance hire, this role offers a unique opportunity to build new capabilities from the ground up.
You will proactively drive strategic insights, optimise financial and operational performance, and enhance decision-making across our rapidly scaling businesses.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Finance & Decision Support
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing actionable financial insights.
Establish timely and accurate FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Initiate data-led strategies to drive revenue growth, cost optimisation, and working capital efficiency.
Commercial Excellence & Performance Analytics
Develop financial models and business cases supporting growth initiatives and investment decisions (tech, M&A, partnerships etc)
Collaborate with product and data teams to leverage data infrastructure and implement real-time analytics dashboards and KPIs, driving accountability and improving business performance.
Partner with stakeholders across business units to optimise resource allocation, improve pricing strategies, and increase operational efficiency.
Operational Improvement
Support the Group Head of Finance in enhancing financial systems and processes.
Drive continuous improvement of reporting cadence (rolling forecasts, budgets, departmental performance tracking).
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategic finance initiatives.
Attributes and Abilities
CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years of commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering experience, ideally within tech-enabled businesses (digital marketplaces, SaaS, professional services).
Exceptional financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights for business leaders.
Hands-on, proactive, and collaborative in style—comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
