Read Advisory, Chartered Accountants are a small firm seeking our new Receptionist/Office Manager.
The Position
This a full-time position role. This role would suit someone who can manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and works well with others. Experience is not necessary, as full training will be provided and remote support by another team member.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:-
* Reception duties, including answering telephone calls and directing calls
* Liaising with clients, internal staff and other professionals including ATO and ASIC by telephone and email
* Support smooth running of the practice
* Making and managing client appointments including diary management
* Maintain stocks of basic stationery items including amenities supplies
* Receipt of payments at reception and settle payments using EFTPOS machine and fee from refund facility
* Preparation of client correspondence
* Administrative duties such as scanning, filing, business pack compilation, etc
* Collating income tax returns for presentation to clients in hard copy and electronic format
* Assisting with client management matters
* General administration support to Partners and Accountants
