Great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join this reputable company based in Beresfield

**Administration Coordinator - Hire & Transport**

**Type: Full time, permanent opportunity**

**Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 + super**

**Location: Beresfield**

Hays is working with an organisation that provides warehousing vehicles, products, and solutions to its customers in the industrial sector. We are seeking an experienced administration professional who is motivated and has excellent organisational skills for this permanent opportunity.

**Your new role**

As an Administrator, you will primarily be supporting the Sales Team and be responsible for coordinating the Hire and Transport services. Your role would involve:

- Answering customer enquires promptly and assessing their needs to provide them with the best solutions.
- Work methodically to organise all paperwork required for transactions and services, ensuring correct procedures are followed.
- Working with the Workshop Supervisor to ensure all equipment is prepared and ready for the scheduled hire/delivery timeframes.
- Liaise with transportation providers to arrange transport and delivery of equipment to customers.
- Create purchase orders and complete weekly reporting.
- Ensure that all customer information is kept up to date in company database and all compliance documentation is maintained.
- Any additional support / adhoc tasks to support the Sales Team.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous administration experience or Certificate in Business Administration.
- Previous experience within the industrial sector or material handling industry.
- Great time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems/programs, including MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others.
