We are looking for an enthusiastic grounds and facilities officer to join our team!
What you will do:
* Conduct general maintenance including but not limited to furniture repair, patching, painting, light globe replacement, door and lock repairs, minor plumbing and installing fixtures and fittings
* Completing repairs and/or minor works to be conducted in light of WHS legislation including the use of and application of a variety of tools, materials, and equipment including power tools and basic machinery
* Implementing and maintaining effective and efficient irrigation and watering systems on all lawns and ovals
What you will bring:
* Previous experience of building or grounds maintenance in a school environment is desirable
* Experience in prioritising work and performing under broad guidelines to maintain building, facilities, grounds, maintenance and repairs
* Knowledge of the range of tasks and duties associated with school building grounds, facilities and maintenance
