This is a fantastic part-time opportunity to play a vital role in our mission. You will ensure the financial heart of our organisation is healthy and compliant, directly supporting our ability to provide high-quality services to NDIS participants.
What You'll Do
* Weekly Payroll: Accurately process weekly pay for our dedicated support workers, ensuring compliance with the SCHADS Award and the Fair Work Act.
* Accounts Payable: Manage weekly invoice processing and payments to suppliers, keeping our finances running smoothly.
* NDIS Compliance: Ensure all financial practices align with NDIS pricing and quality standards.
* Reporting: Assist with financial reporting and general ledger reconciliations.
About You
* You have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a finance or accounting role, with a strong focus on accounts payable and payroll.
* You're an expert with accounting and payroll software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and advanced Excel.
* You are meticulous, organised, and have a keen eye for detail.
* You hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
The Details
* Position: Part-time, 2-3 days per week.
* Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, in-office.
